Le Petit Lac is a large building containing two apartments, a "bed and breakfast" room, and the owners Apartment. On the edge of town, but only 5 minutes walk to the bakery, it is a peaceful location. The extensive gardens and lake are secluded and very private. With space for large groups, and a large carpark, this is ideal for family meet-ups. We have space for secure bicycle storage if you want to bring your bike.
Ellen and David love this part of France. It is central for exploring the whole country, and is full of interesting walks and cycle routes. We live beside the GR4 walking route and regularly welcome hikers walking from Royan to Grasse.
We are 5 minutes away from the beautiful Gorges du Verger and 30 minutes by car from Lac de Vassivière, where our guests head to the beach. The weekly town market is on Wednesday.
