Located a few minutes from the historic center of Colmar, the holiday apartments "LE PETIT PARC" and "L'AUTRE PETIT PARC" are part of the outbuilding of an Alsatian-style property built in the 19th century. The property, which was the oldest private maternity hospital in Colmar, is enclosed by a surrounding wall and has a small 450 m² park at the back. The apartment "LE PETIT PARC", a 52 m² duplex, is completely renovated in 2018. The apartment "L'AUTRE PETIT PARC", a 51 m² duplex, is completely renovated and has been open since November 2024. The two apartments are adjoining. The independent entrances open directly onto the park. They benefit from all the modern amenities to create a comfortable and warm environment. Travelers will appreciate their neat interior decoration which gives these homes an elegant charm in the middle of a real island of greenery. WI-FI, electricity, heating, sheets, towels and tourist taxes are included in the price. The cottages are composed of: - an entrance with a cupboard, with washing machine for "LE PETIT PARC". - a living room with HD TV with cable and with subscription. - a fitted kitchen with full equipment of household appliances and kitchen utensils. - a work space - a bathroom upstairs with walk-in shower for "LE PETIT PARC", a bath and shower, washing machine and toilet for "L'AUTRE PETIT PARC". - a separate toilet for "LE PETIT PARC". - rooms with new, quality bedding facing south with a view of the small park (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds for "LE PETIT PARC", a bedroom with 1 double bed for "L'AUTRE PETIT PARC".
