We are Sasha and Gerard and together with our two cats, Princess and Bailey, we moved here in October 2022. And since April 2024 we have welcomed a new member to our family: our labrador Puma. In our spare time, we like to go out; visit markets and villages/towns, go for a brisk walk or, if it's too hot to really do anything, enjoy bobbing in one of the lakes nearby.

Welcome to Chambre d'hôtes Le Puy Maury, where you can enjoy the peace and beautiful nature that Haute-Vienne has to offer. Chambre d'hôtes Le Puy Maury has three rooms; Vienne, Maury and Hélène. All have their own bathroom and toilet. There is also a gîte (an appartment) with two bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and a cosy little terrace. All bedrooms have a view over the valley of the "Plateau de Millevaches". Downstairs is the B&B's common living room, where guests can relax by watching television, reading a book or playing a game, this can also be done on our terrace with its beautiful view over the valley. In the dining room, which is next to the B&B's living room, there is plenty of room for everyone. An "Honest bar" is available. Grab a drink, write it down and enjoy the beautiful surroundings on the terrace. The beautiful view from the B&B terrace, the tranquillity of the surroundings and the sounds of the animals will relax you completely. It is possible to enjoy table d'hôtes with us here all year round. This means that after an (active) day out, all you have to do is come down to the communal dining room or terrace to eat. We have transformed the old tennis court into a pétanque and a badminton court. There are places to sit and watch in the sun or in the shade. You can play whenever you want: killing time before dinner or maybe after dinner, to get rid of the calories.

A quiet or an active holiday. It's all possible here! In summer, there is plenty to do at Lac de Vassiviere; from water-skiing to relaxing on the beach, from taking one of the beautiful walks to horse riding. Or go hiking at Rigole du Diable and enjoy the beautiful little waterfalls. Visit "Chateau Chalucet", a ruined castle with a beautiful history and for the really active ones in it is possible to take a walk there.
