Comfortable 50m² cottage for 2 to 4 people, adjoining a future cottage. Large shared enclosed garden with a private area furnished with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Charming living room with kitchenette: hob (3 gas burners and one electric hob), microwave, electric oven and refrigerator, dining area and lounge area with flat-screen TV and pellet stove (pellets provided within reasonable consumption limits), sofa bed for 2 people (140cm), tourist information and board games. Double bedroom with two 90x190cm beds that can be joined together. Three steps lead to the bathroom with WC (washing machine). Rates include: pellets and electricity, bed linen, kitchen linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Baby equipment available. Lake Chamboux 12 km away: swimming, fishing. Lake Settons (with recreational facilities) 23 km away. You can store your bicycles in a secure, enclosed area. You will also have the option of parking your car in the courtyard.
