Neighborhood info

L'appartement se situe dans une résidence calme, proche de toutes commodités. Vous pourrez trouver de nombreux commerces à proximité du logement (épiceries, boulangeries, supermarchés etc...). Attention cependant l'appartement se situe derrière la gare de Poitiers. Malgré une très bonne isolation sonore avec des fenêtres en double vitrage il se peut qu'il y ait le bruit des trains qu'on peut parfois entendre en arrière fond.
