Since 1989, the owner and her children have been restoring the ruins and cobbled alleys, combining up to 19 plots around a family project rooted in the history of the place. In 2003, the guest rooms "Le Roc sur l'Orbieu" were established, becoming a place of sharing and emotion, where Finn, her husband, spent his last years welcoming guests from around the world.

The rooms have a Queen size bed (160cm) for 2 people, a TV, WiFi, and access to the heated pool with spa area from April to October. Breakfast is included and served on the ground floor in a dining room under a veranda or on the outdoor terrace. Dinner is served by prior reservation. The terrace, two lounges, and a small bar are available with coffee, cold or hot drinks throughout the day. The private heated pool (April to October) is 50m away in a fenced, flowered garden, featuring a spa-jacuzzi area, a counter-current swim, and a shallow pool for children.
