To ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, cleaning is included and premium 4-star hotel-quality linen (bed sheets, towels, and tea towels) is provided. For your convenience, the beds will be carefully prepared prior to your arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, induction stovetop, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and kitchen utensils, designed for effortless meal preparation so you can fully enjoy your stay. - A comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200 cm), TV, armchairs, and storage with hangers, offering a pleasant space to relax. - A second bedroom with two single beds and a desk, ideal for working in peace or recharging. - A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and storage. - A separate toilet for added comfort. - Additional amenities: table and iron, for a fully independent stay. Keys can be collected from a secure key dispenser located in a hotel opposite the train station, approximately a 10-minute walk from the property. The hotel closes at 9:00 PM; if you expect to arrive later than this time, please inform us in advance so we can arrange an alternative key collection point.

Transportation: If you are traveling by car, the recommended parking option is the Le Sébastopol parking at a rate of e21 per day, located a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Paid parking is also available directly opposite the building. The rental does not include a private parking space.
