Quiet, calm, spacious (wide) apartment with open view on all the summits of Val Thorens. Ski slopes start and end at the foot of the building. Bright functional appartment on the 5th floor with a new kitchen and offering sleeping facilities for 7 people (5 bunk beds and 1 sofa/bed). You will be able to enjoy the sun from the morning and enjoy an amazing sun going down from your balcony and living room. The apartment comes with a locked storage area where you can put all the luggages. It also has a ski locker on the ground floor. Nice dining table for 7 with mountain view. On the other side all shops, bars, restaurants are in walking distance. You will not be bothered by the active live of ValThorens which you will have in the center of Val Thorens. Le Serac is a prime location in Val Thorens. Price/m2 is a good deal in this area because of the perfect location. Sauna/massage at Hotel Pashmina (next door) as well as one-star Michelin restaurant.

Hello, My name is JR and I love skiing, walking my dog, and running. I am on site the whole winter and can help you with any questions you have. The apartment is very practical and functional with lots of storage space. I am sure you will love the location since it is at the top of Val Thorens (near hotel Pashmina). The location is east-west so you will be able to enjoy breakfast in the sun and enjoy the sunset in the evening! It has a panoramic view from Peclet to Cimes the Caron! You also have fondue and raclette machine at your disposal. And of course, you ski from/to the building.

You will not be bothered by the active live of ValThorens which you will have in the center of Val Thorens. Le Serac is a prime location in Val Thorens. Price/m2 is a perfect deal because of the prime location. Sauna/massage at Hotel Pashmina (next door) as well as one-star Michelin restaurant.
