The apartment is equipped with 2 air conditioning, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. It is extremely bright, with many windows 3 meters high. The kitchen is fully equipped, with separate fridge and freezer, induction hob, traditional oven, microwave, kettle, coffee pod machine, compartment for selective sorting, a dishwasher, a washing machine and all the necessary utensils to cook like at home. The bathroom is equipped with a large heated mirror, backlit, a walk-in shower with recessed double-jet shower head with its handshower and also its recessed mixer. The toilets are equipped with a suspended Japanese toilet, with heated seat, odor suction system, cleaning jet as well as a pulsed air system for drying, all of which can be controlled with a bluetooth remote control.
