Cocoonr offers you this charming Nantes duplex, located near the Quais de Versailles, perfect for strolling along the Erdre and discovering the Japanese garden on the Ile de Versailles. Le Sully is located on the 3th and 4th floors (accessible by elevator). It can accommodate up to six travelers, with two independent entrances and two sleeping areas with shower room and WC on each landing. It comprises a large living room with a lounge and dining area opening onto a spacious terrace, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with terrace. You'll be able to take full advantage of the bright, airy living space. The Sully apartment offers all the comforts you need to discover our city, whether for business or pleasure. The apartment is composed as follows - A comfortable living room with two sofas, a coffee table, TV and WiFi. - A dining room with a large table for up to six people. - A separate fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. - 4th floor: bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC - Laundry room with washing machine and dryer - 3rd floor: bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom with bunk bed - A shower room - Separate WC Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival. The Sully apartment is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby. The building is adjacent to an organic grocery store, a supermarket and a bakery. The Talensac market is 800 meters away, a 10-minute walk. Rue Maréchal Joffre, with its many shops (cellar, takeaway, bakery), is a 5-minute walk away. You can easily reach the Ile de Versailles, the Cours Saint André and stroll along the Erdre to discover relaxation areas that will delight young and old alike. Transportation : - By car: An enclosed garage in the condominium's private courtyard, 2 m high, 2.30 m wide, 10 m long. The garage is not easily accessible, so you'll need to maneuver and enter in reverse. - Nearest train station: Gare Nord about 20 minutes by bus. - Nearest airport: 25 minutes by car, 45 minutes by public transport - From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around twenty minutes. - C6 bus line just a few metres away - The nearest streetcar stop is Saint Mihiel on line 2, a 5-minute walk across the bridge at the end of the street.
