Pleasant small terraced house, located in a secure, quiet and family residence, with caretaker on site. You have access to the residence's private swimming pool. This is a T2 of 25 m2 air-conditioned with a living room opening onto a 15 m2 terrace that is sunny all day and not facing each other. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, but you also have the option of sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Please note that household linen is not provided. • 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) 1 duvet (200 x 200 cm) + pillows (60 x 60 cm) • 1 sofa bed with 2 mattresses one seat (90 x 190 cm each) 2 duvets (140 x 200 cm) + pillows (60 x 60 cm) The coffee machine is a Dolce Gusto. There is also internet and free Wi-Fi. There is 1 private parking space.
It is a quiet, wooded area, but close to everything. We are 6 minutes walk from the naturist village and 15 minutes walk from shops, Roquille beach and the port. There is also a large park next to the residence that you can take to the Roquille beach.
