Le Terrier is a studio appartment below our house, which is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It has lovely views of the surrounding countryside from the windows. The studio is a self contained accomodation with a small garden which is in full sun most of the day and spacious on road parking. There is free Wifi available.
We have lived and worked in this beautiful area of france for many years and enjoy the friendly rural way of life. We enjoy the many walking routes in the area discovering new ones all the time.
Chamberet is a typical French village with many amenities including supermarket, cafes , restaurants and swimming pool. In the summer season there is usually a communal event every wèek, musical evenings, markets and dancing etc. Chamberet also hosts a large popular accordion festival. Chamberet is on the route for the Tour de France 2020. The pretty medieval town of Treignac is 15km away with its very popular lake, beach and restaurant. The area is popular with cyclists, ramblers and water sport enthusiasts.
