Stéphanie and Emmanuel have reinvested this charming 18th century building which was for a long time the village inn. Their home has become a true haven of peace, as their hosts write so well in the guestbook: "Here we have found calm and serenity. We have been welcomed, pampered in a warm, friendly, attentive but also discreet atmosphere. The rooms are to be recommended for their elegance and their refined and subtle charm. Neighborhood info

The small village with a comtoise character was founded on a rocky spur overhanging a ford where the romans settled during the riegn of Julius Ceasar. A graceful village spread along the shores of the river Saône, from the hill you see the Vosges, the mountains of the Doubs and Jura and the plateau of Langres. Ray sits peaceful on the shores of the Saône. Her banks, islands and the lock create an unusual setting in the shade of the castle.
