Property info

At the far end of the house, the cottage opens onto a large terrace: kitchen, living room with fireplace insert. One bedroom (one double bed), please note that the bathroom, with toilet and shower-bath, is only accessible from this bedroom. Upstairs: one bedroom (two single beds) and a library. The cottage comfortably accommodates two adults and two children. A large lean-to is available, particularly for barbecues. We allow crayfish fishing on the two ponds and provide the necessary equipment. To ensure an responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g., heating, electricity) may be billed at the end of your stay.

Neighborhood info

In the Limousin countryside between Limoges (15 mins) and Saint Léonard de Noblat (10 mins), a pretty little medieval town, this contemporary house is surrounded by a 1-hectare park crossed by two streams that feed two ponds. Small Ouessant sheep and a few chickens help maintain it. It is a natural space dedicated to biodiversity and bird protection. Outside of July and August, Michel and Lucette live on site in a part adjoining the rental.
