Cocoonr offers this charming 114 m² house in Grandrieux to rent for up to 7 people. It has a lovely 21 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 150 m². Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - 21 m² living room with TV, sofa and fireplace - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds - Bedroom 4: with a single bed - Bathroom with bath and WC Outside: - A beautiful south-facing 150 m² garden and terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - The fireplace is working, wood can be provided on request, please ask the manager in advance. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation, for a supplement of e5 per pet per day (maximum two pets allowed).
