Holiday cottage in a converted stone farmhouse, located between Bellac and Blond (4 km from Bellac). 125 m² of living space. Ground floor: 60 m² living room with two sofas, a dining table, a kitchen opening onto a terraced courtyard, two toilets, TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and two bedrooms with a single bed (90 cm each), a bathroom, and a toilet. This cottage has an electric vehicle charging point.

This pretty 19th-century house, semi-detached on one side, has been completely renovated and offers a large enclosed outdoor space (2,500 m²): one part is a gravelled courtyard (reserved for the gîte) and the other, shared, a garden. Beautiful unobstructed views of the countryside. Two pleasant terraces are also furnished with garden furniture. The owners live nearby and are available if needed. Located in the heart of a protected natural area, the wooded hills, springs, and ponds are ideal for fishing (1 km away) and hiking (departure 3 km away), on foot, on horseback, or by bike. With over a hundred kilometers of marked trails, "Prehistoric Heart of Limousin" dotted with standing stones and dolmens, let yourself be enchanted by this land of mysterious legends, dotted with standing stones and dolmens.
