The villa is very spacious, each room boasting generous proportions and stylish decor. We've embraced home automation. You'll find everything you need for daily life and much more... Do you enjoy spending time with friends and family? Then feel free to choose from crêpe nights, tabletop grilling, raclette, fondue, barbecues, couscous, movie nights, and more, in the patio, dining room, kitchen, or even at the games room bar. All of this can be enjoyed in the garden, whether you're with two or ten people, soaking up the sun or enjoying the balmy evenings. Music in every room and many other features are available thanks to Alexa, the smart, connected speaker. A room without Alexa? Then you're sure to find at least one Bluetooth speaker to play your favorite tracks. You'll be amazed by the various spaces and areas within the same area where different activities are possible without disturbing or being disturbed: working, relaxing, chatting, playing sports, playing indoors or outdoors, or even dancing and having fun in the huge room with a pool table, foosball, etc. After that, why not enjoy a jacuzzi by yourself, or...?

You'll find all amenities within walking distance, or even just across the street: bakery, convenience store (open 24/7), gas station, pharmacy, restaurants, mini-market, banks, newsagent/tobacconist, pizzeria... A real bonus: the train station is less than a 10-minute walk away! The line there takes you to the capital, for example, in about fifteen minutes... Fancy a stroll nearby? Then take the little paths and enter the forest; it's not far away, you can see it just a few streets from the property. Cycling paths and parks of all sizes will delight the whole family, and they're right there, close by. The main roads, like the motorway, are two minutes from the house. But with all that, once you enter Aux 300, you forget everything because of the peaceful calm of the place, where the entire property is sheltered from view and the outside world, an absence of overlooking guaranteed by its hedges and large trees that border it.
