This 34 m² duplex, located on the first floor of Les Balcons de St So, welcomes 6 to 7 guests in the heart of the Sybelles ski area, just 150 m from the slopes and right next to shops and the resort center. Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access and a beautiful mountain view from the southeast-facing balcony. There is a ski equipment rental shop on site. The apartment has two mezzanine bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with a double bed and a single bed. A pull-out bed in the dining area provides extra sleeping space. Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers. TV and free Wi-Fi. Southeast-facing balcony, private parking, ski storage, and laundry facilities are available for an extra fee. Please note: Bed linen and towels are not provided. Cleaning must be done by guests. A security deposit and a cleaning deposit will be requested upon arrival.
