Ground floor: dining room with wood-burning stove, small living room with TV, kitchen, shower room, and toilet. The wellness area (jacuzzi, sauna, shower, toilet) features a large bay window, a wood-burning stove, and a mezzanine. A second living room with a wood-burning stove leads to a bedroom (one queen-size bed) with an en-suite shower room and toilet. A steep, ladder-style staircase leads to a bedroom and a toilet (four single beds, either 80 or 90 cm wide, which can be joined to make a double bed). Another staircase, near the kitchen, leads to three bedrooms. One has two 80 cm beds that can be joined to make a queen-size bed, another has two 90 cm beds and a folding sofa bed, and the third has a queen-size bed with an open-plan bathroom (bath and sink). There is a separate toilet on the landing. Electric heating and wood-burning stoves are provided. Bed linens, towels, and household linens are provided. Neighborhood info

A large, traditional longhouse also includes, at one end and completely separate, the owner's residence. The rustic-style cottage opens to the south onto a terrace and a large lawn with children's play equipment, a pétanque court, and table tennis. At the rear, there is a lawn with a covered, heated swimming pool, open from April to November 1st, weather permitting. The pool is treated with salt. Bicycles are available for exploring the Murat bird sanctuary and the Brenne Regional Natural Park with its many ponds, via quiet country roads.
