Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Rosières, this charming house in a case of greenery, air-conditioned with swimming pool, of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 35 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 300 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you! Other remarks: - The fireplace is functional, wood is provided on request, on site, at extra cost. - Animals accepted on request for an extra charge of 15 e. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool for hygiene reasons. Swimming in the river is possible. Make sure you leave nothing of their presence outside and inside. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use, empty the bins and the fridge and remove the bed linen from the beds. Thank you in advance. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
