Located in Calviac-en-Périgord, in the heart of the forest, this 42 m² holiday home accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped private kitchen and a TV (connection sharing via your mobile only). For families, a baby bed and high chair are available to rent on request, as well as shared toys and books. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Bike rental is offered on site for half or full days. Enjoy your private uncovered terrace, garden, and private barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. The shared garden features a heated outdoor pool for relaxation. Active guests will appreciate the shared playground, table tennis, pool table, and sports equipment. Pets are welcome (except category 1 dogs) and must be kept on a leash. Parties are not allowed. Shared parking on site allows one car per unit. Self check-in is available. Laundry access is available for an extra fee. Private use of the pool is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra fee on request.
