Jean-Christophe Perrin has been at the helm of his restaurant l'Altévic since 2012. A chef with a passion for his job, he wants his cuisine to be just like him, sparkling and different. He has designed a seasonal menu, with multiple flavours drawn from his tasting experiences around the world. His wife Sylvie worked at Métro for 25 years. In 2019, a new project is born... to build "les gîtes de l'Altévic" and the delicatessen "l'Aboutic" next to the restaurant. Sylvie is giving up her job to devote herself fully to this new challenge. With their warm and welcoming nature, they will provide you with all the advice and information you need for an excellent stay!

"Les gîtes de l'Altévic" is the ideal place to stay in the heart of Alsace. Situated side by side, our two gîtes, each measuring 43 m2, can accommodate 3 and 4 people respectively. We wanted nature to be omnipresent, whether through the patterned wallpaper or the decorative elements. The "Vachement Nature" gîte has a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and 1 desk, and a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The "Simplement végétal" gîte has a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a lounge, a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and 1 x 90*190 bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. In addition to your indoor space, you can enjoy a private 11 m2 terrace with table, benches, LED parasol and plancha, and a green area with deckchairs. To complete your experience, take advantage of the open-air "Espace Sérénité" - shared by the 2 gîtes - by relaxing in the sauna and enjoying an invigorating soak in the spa. It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries after a day exploring the region! Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so beds are made on arrival, towels and household linen are provided and we put at your disposal TV, wifi, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, cleaning equipment, childcare equipment, board games and books. End-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax are extra and compulsory.

Les gites de l'Altévic are located in Hattstatt, a small wine-growing village on the Alsace Wine Route. The village is ideally situated for exploring Alsace: 8 km south-west of the town of Colmar, and 4 km from the charming village of Eguisheim, voted "Village Préféré des Français". You can also explore traditional villages such as Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé and Kaysersberg, as well as the famous city of Strasbourg. In winter, don't miss the famous Christmas Markets.
