Beautiful apartment located in Pierry, just 3km away from Epernay, the capital of Champagne. Completely renovated, this apartment offer to you an area of ​​65m2, on two floors. The proximity to the champagne vineyard and these famous houses will offer to you the most beautiful walks. Les Gouttes d'or are located a few meters from weeding reception areas such as the Domaine MILTAT or the Chateau de Pierry. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen equipped with a hob, an oven/microwave, a refrigerator and a NESPRESSO coffee machine, open to a living/dining room. Equipped with a convertible sofa, the TV lounge can accommodate 2 travellers. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. On the ground floor, you will also find a first bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs, you can enjoy with a beautiful bedroom, with a king size bed (180x200) and an extra single bed, ideal for a child. From the landing, you can access a second bathroom, with a large shower, a vanity unit and a WC. Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. A private parking place is available to park your car safely.
