Welcome to Lesperon, a village in the heart of the forest, for holidays with family or friends in this beautiful half-timbered mansion. Very friendly and spacious, very wooded, the land with its small river will be the starting point for your walks or bike rides to discover the Landes forest. And, for lovers of sun, sand and waves, the ocean is less than half an hour away. Independent gite on large common ground, kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 4 single beds, cot), separate wc on the ground floor. Upstairs : 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and lounge area on the mezzanine. Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, limited service telephone, gas and electric heating, Baby equipment: cot on request, high chair. Garden furniture, common barbecue, terrace. Shared grounds of 15,000 m² (annual rental + another gite on the same grounds with private area of 1,000 m²). Parking in front of garages only. The price doesn't included the shower linen, the heating
