The house has its private swimming pool heated in mid-season. It is completely safe for children and equipped with sun beds. A parking space is provided for the car of our tenants. On the ground floor, a large common room is organized into two spaces. Around the large fireplace, a lounge area welcomes you to chat, watch television or take advantage of the wifi. At the back, you can take your meals around a large wooden table. There is also the fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. and a bathroom with a space for washing clothes. The first floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The Marqueyssac bedroom has a double bed and has its own terrace with an unparalleled view of the valley. The Castelnaud room is a large room with two single beds. On the second floor is nestled a last bedroom, that of Beynac. It has its own space for the toilet and will delight those looking for a cozy setting.
