We’re Guillaume & Éléonore, a curious French duo who’s always up for discovering a new spot, sampling local specialties, and sharing great travel tips. From nature getaways to hidden cafés and impromptu sunsets, we love turning every trip into a little adventure. Fun fact: between the two of us, we can pack a suitcase in 15 minutes and set off on an adventure… but choosing a restaurant for dinner can take an hour! We love to travel. Our guests particularly appreciate the quiet, green charm of Bitche, a pleasant town in the heart of the Pays de Bitche and the Northern Vosges. The neighborhood is ideal for enjoying the town’s historical heritage, natural surroundings, and authentic local atmosphere. Nearby, the Citadel of Bitche is the town’s must-see attraction: it overlooks the surrounding area and offers a fascinating historical experience. Just below, the Jardin pour la Paix is perfect for a peaceful stroll among flower-filled gardens, landscaped areas, and gourmet breaks. Nature lovers will also enjoy Hasselfurth Pond, with its hiking trails, picnic area, playground, and restaurant. It’s a popular spot to relax with the family or enjoy a stroll in the fresh air. Bitche is also an excellent starting point for exploring the Bitche region, known for its landscapes, hiking trails, military heritage, and Maginot Line sites such as Simserhof and Fort Casso.
