Is a stand alone 3 bedroom gîte with use of pool, trampoline, table tennis and gas BBQ. Access to the first and second floor bedrooms and bathroom with toilet is via an external stone staircase as shown. Access to the 3rd floor double bedroom is via a steep staircase as shown. The Gite is light and airy with a comfy ambiance. There is a great view from the pool and the garden is semi secluded. Situated 130km north of Bordeaux we are located in an area of open fields and public woodland. Just 9km from the medieval town of Villebois Lavalette with its castle and excellent local amenities and the beautiful town of Brantome (the Venice of the north) is only 30km away.
We have lived in this area for over 15 years, we are english but speak fluent french. We are friendly and approachable and live on site.
In the heart of lush countryside with lots of interesting country and woodland walks. Many facilities, shops etc are nearby but we are in a small, private and tranquil hamlet on a no-through road.
