Typical Ageen town house dating from 1860, 5O metres from St Brice Church. The house interiors have been fully restored over two years to create three B&B rooms. Breakfast is in the dining room downstairs.
Having hosted for 20 years "down the road" in Avize, we have now bought and restored this property in Ay. Really looking forward to welcoming guests old and new to our house, and catching up on all the news!
UNESCO world heritage site , Aÿ is considered the birthplace of Champagne! Situated alongside the river Marne and the canal, and at the foot of the vineyards, it is a bustling little town with a couple of restaurants, a small market on Fridays and lots of champagne houses including Bollinger, Deutz, Ayala, and many more. Only 2 klms from Epernay, Ay also boasts a train station with trains to Epernay, Reims and Paris.
