Located on the ground floor and first floor of a house, it comprises a 50 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 160 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) - A bathroom with a bath - A shower room with a shower and toilet - A utility room On the first floor: - A 50 m² living area with a large sofa, armchairs, a TV and a dining area - An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with three single beds (90x180), two of which are bunk beds - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
