"Welcome to the Village of Cottages! The Village de Cottages, known in the past as "Les Roulottes du Berry", is an ideal destination to spend a family holiday with your children during the school holidays, for a weekend or a short stay as well as for family events (weddings, birthdays, parties) or professional. Warm, authentic and modern, the Village de cottages du Pôle du Cheval et de l'Âne is a haven of peace and nature in Berry, in the center of France, ideally located at: - 0.9 mi from the town of Lignières - less than one hour from Bourges, Vierzon, Châteauroux and Montluçon - 2h from Moulins, Orléans and Clermont-Ferrand - 3h from Paris, Lyon and Angers. All cottages are equipped with heating, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a terrace with a splendid view. Most cottages have their own kitchens, equipped with refrigerators, freezers, ovens, microwaves, ceramic hobs, dishwashers, etc. Whether it is with family, friends or with two, for a stop of passage, rest, enjoy the activities of the Pole of the Horse and the Donkey, discover the 7 races of donkeys of which the most known- the Great Black of the Berry, to walk in carriage, everything is possible! A snack bar, a relaxation area and a heated swimming pool are at guests' disposal! A barbecue is available free of charge in the garden. Curiosities and monuments that surround the Village, beautiful countryside landscapes will complete your leisure time
