Upstairs: three bedrooms (two double beds 140cm, one double bed 160cm, and a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms with a double bed 140cm), all with private shower and toilet. Central heating.

Ideally located between Limoges, Lake Vassivière, Châteauneuf-la-Forêt and its lake, and Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat, a picturesque village with a water park, this comfortable semi-detached cottage shares a wall with another rental property. It has a completely separate entrance and opens onto a small terrace and enclosed garden at the front, in the heart of the village, and at the rear onto a private veranda, terrace, and garden. A sauna is also available.
