Reception opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 19:00. We welcome guests at our main reception located in the Andromède building – Pierre & Vacances Les Constellations Belle Plagne. Access is via the upper covered car park entrance, door number 7. Please note that reception opening hours are subject to change, and we kindly invite guests to contact the residence before arrival. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Prices include: accommodations, bath linen (1 large towel and 1 small towel), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), bed linen, basic WiFi access for up to 5 devices (browsing, emails and internet searches), TV, and all taxes and charges (excluding the tourist tax). Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices. Unlimited WiFi access can also be requested for an additional charge. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodations by contacting the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the invoice will be issued under the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set out in the booking conditions, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. We do not take reservations for parking. However, subject to availability, you can benefit from a preferential rate of €67 per week by paying at reception instead of €88 directly at the car park.
