The apartments, 80 and 95 m², are located at an altitude of 1300 m with a beautiful view of the Belledonne massif. Perfectly equipped and refurbished in a modern style and mountain tradition. They are close to the ski resort of Saint François Longchamp, and to the cross-country skiing and snowshoeing area, "Espace Nordique du Grand Coin", located 5 minutes from the house. You have the possibility to rent the two apartments, Champfol (12 beds possible) and Ponchéry (11 beds), to obtain an accommodation of 23 beds maximum (subject to availability). During the Christmas and February holidays rentals are weekly (from Saturday to Saturday).
We are parents and grandparents of a large family who will welcome you with pleasure in this pretty mountain location. Because Maison St Roch is above all a place of welcome for families or groups of friends who want to meet in a quiet mountain village, with unspoiled nature: forests, mountain pastures, wild life ... In winter all snow activities are possible. In summer, the possibilities for hiking and mountain biking are endless. Nature is also very generous there: mushrooms, blueberries, flowers ... For cycling enthusiasts, Montaimont is located between the famous Madeleine and Chaussy passes, at the heart of the routes of "La Maurienne - The largest cycling area in the world". And of course, motorcyclists and bikers will find magnificent routes here, with the possibility of parking their vehicles in a garage.
Montaimont, a charming little village in Savoy in the town of St François Longchamp, located at an average altitude of 1200 meters, and nestled in the heart of a natural circus in the north-west of the Vanoise massif, will welcome you in all seasons. In summer, mountain lovers will be delighted by the many hiking trails in the forest and in the pastures, but also by discovering the richness of the town's heritage, on "Les paths du Baroque". In winter, Montaimont is at the gates of the St François Longchamp - Valmorel ski area, and has a large Nordic skiing and snowshoeing area, the Grand Coin.
