In a warm and comfortable industrial-style setting, Loire escale is an old barn renovated using natural, healthy materials (brick, wood, metal). Awarded the Ecogîte label, it has been designed with ecology and sustainable development in mind, incorporating low-energy standards such as solar water heating, double-flow ventilation and wood wool insulation. The gîte is furnished and equipped to the highest standards of comfort. In addition to views of the château or the Loire, you can relax in the private garden and park your car, motorcycle or bicycle in the secure garage. When you arrive, everything is ready, linen is provided and beds are made up. The location combines everyday conveniences (shops, restaurants, train station) with the calm of its Ruelle. Nearby, you'll find a wide range of sporting and cultural facilities (water sports, swimming pool, golf, tennis, horse-riding, theater, cinema, etc.). You'll also have easy access to the Anjou region and the Atlantic coast: Nantes, La Baule or La Croisic, Angers. There are easy train connections to the nearest towns, Angers and Nantes, or to the seaside at Baule or Le Croisic.

This loft, we thought, designed and adapted throughout a five-year course. From an old barn, well located, we had the opportunity to carry out a professional reconversion: Michel could thus combine his skills of animation, especially in the nautical, and his taste for the restoration of old stones. This project, supported by the General Council and the local craftsmen, gave rise to a comfort and low consumption housing, at the same time modern and emphasizing the old materials. Warm decor, like at home!
