These properties is nestled in the French countryside with easy access to the Loire Valley. Two converted barns, the smaller one being 11th-century, now comfortable accommodation. Fully equipped kitchens, includes washer, dryer, microwave oven, crockery and cooking utensils, in addition in the larger barn, there is a dishwasher. The large barn sleeps 10 comfortably and 12 using the sofa bed in the kitchen, The small barn sleeps 4 and is all on ground level. This is an ideal location to relax. Come celebrate a special occasion, or take a short peaceful break. There is a pool heated to a minimum of 25 degrees open from May to September. A small number of bikes are available for use. 2 x Cots and 2 x highchairs available, note we do not supply bedding for the cots. A cocktail bar on-site can be opened on request. Other things to note: This property is in rolling countryside, the nearest town is 8km and has bars, restaurants, supermarket, bank and Post Office.

Andy and Tee live onsite and are available to guests as required. They respect guests privacy but are equally happy to interact as much as required. Tee is an artist and her work can be found decorating the properties. Andy and Tee enjoy gardening and grow vegetables in the garden of the property. Andy and Tee love having guests at the property and always welcome their feedback.

The nearest town is the medieval Montreuil Bellay 8km away, you can find a supermarket, shops, restaurants and a beautiful chateau. For more shops, Thouars is 15km away and has plenty of shops. Saumur is 30km and sits on the Loire the beautiful town Fontevraud with it's beautiful Abbey and cafes looking out on the Loire. There are many fabulous vineyards locally to visit and taste the local wines. We are 10km from Center Parcs and many guests stay here and visit for the day. A little further afield is Poitiers great for shopping and visiting Futurescope theme park.
