Upon departure keys are to be returned at 10:00. Please note that board games are available on site. baby kit are available on site directly only.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancelation fees.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

Free access to the heated swimming pool of the residence open from 9am to 19.45pm.

For a worry-free stay, book your baby kit at the same time as your accommodations: a folding bed and a baby chair (from 6 months to 36 months). The kit is available at €16/week. Please note: Subject to availability. The bed has been carefully selected to guarantee your child's comfort and safety. It complies with the NF-EN 716 standard for children's folding beds, which recommends that no second mattress should be added to the bed to prevent any risk of suffocation. The mattress is therefore not supplied with the folding bed.

Departure cleaning is not included. It is your responsibility to clean and tidy the studio before you leave. Any unit returned uncleaned and not put back in place will be billed by the establishment. You can now have maintenance kits with a sponge, dish washer pad, cloth and all-purpose cleaner.

There is also the availability of bathroom welcome products: soap + shampoo/ shower gel solid.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
