Coin cuisine très bien équipé: rien ne manque. Grand balcon avec table et chaises pour déguster une coupe de champagne au soleil couchant .. plein soleil de 17h à 21h à partir d avril....le reste du temps très lumineux car la baie vitrée fait tout le mur. Studio spacieux ,(deux cabines), de 32 m2 ..design..radiateurs connectés..internet WiFi et filaire (au choix) offert......TV LG 107cm.. comprenant une cabine au mur de verre ouverte sur le séjour avec lit 140 excellent matelas neuf 21cm d epaisseur. Dans la piece principale un canapé matelas dunlopillo 17cm. Dans l entree cabine ouverte avec lits superposés tout neufs. Étendoir à linge rangé sous les lits superposés ( peut être mis sur le balcon.) Orienté ouest .. Une porte sépare la cabine de l entree de la pièce à vivre avec cabine en verre permettant une plus grande intimité.
A 250 m de la plage et de la rue St Jean..coeur de ville avec tous les commerces de la rue de Metz à 2mn à pied; mais rue calme... .résidence sécurisée..ascenseur..pas de parking..pas de local vélo.
