Apartment of 75 m2, located on 2 levels in the city center, close to all shops, with public parking at 100 m, with also possibility of parking in front of the apartment. Fully renovated apartment, kitchen, bathroom with shower (2 towels provided per person), living / dining room very sunny. Sleeping area located on the 2nd level with bed 180 x 200 (sheets and bed made upon arrival) to each room, dressing room x 2, possibility of reception: 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (cot on request)

we hope you enjoy this accommodation, that we wanted Cozy and Modern. a deposit of 200 euros will be claimed on your arrival and returned on the last day if no damage is found, the accommodation is for 4 people, but a 5th can sleep if necessary on a chaise longue 90 cm x 200 cm (no sheets provided), 8 towels are also available.

Located in the center of the city, 6 km from the beach of Port la Nouvelle, 3 km from the Sigean pond (nautical base), but also from the AFRICAN SIGEANA RESERVE, in the heart of shops, cafes, museums, restaurants , in front of a bus stop (bus line that leads to the beach every summer day), the house that Canthez will find, we wait through his eyes
