This fully renovated 164 ft² accommodations located in a quiet area of ​​Montchanin will welcome you during your stay with family, friends or colleagues with all the necessary comfort.

The fully air-conditioned house consists of a living room with TV and 140x190 convertible sofa and two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

You can park your car in the closed courtyard of the house and recharge your electric car.

You can enjoy a fully equipped and functional kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the utensils necessary for the realization of your meals.

Numerous storage cupboards, a washing machine and a drying rack are at your disposal. WIFI is available free of charge.

5 mins walk from a supermarket and 10 mins from the greenway along the canal du center. By car, 5 min from the TGV station, 10 min from the town of Le Creusot and Montceau Les Mines and 20 min from the A6 motorway.
