Convivial et authentique Au coeur du village de Mausoleo maison de charme, située sur la place Ste Catherine à 10 mn à pieds de la célèbre marine d'Erbalunga, petit port de pêche, tour génoise, restaurants, tous commerces. Cuisine et séjour en rez de chaussée, chambres à l'étage, entièrement équipée. La place sert de terrasse pour les apéritifs et repas conviviaux . Le jardin à proximité idéal pour les siestes à l'ombre.
Le quartier est calme et propice au repos. Toutes les activités touristiques se trouvent aux alentours proches: randonnées, plongée sous-marine,équitation , cayak, festival de musique et du rire en août.
