Very bright architect's house of 90m² opening onto a terrace and a large garden with heated swimming pool (open from June to September). Ideal for quiet stays in an environment that is both preserved and close to all amenities (shopping center, cinemas, restaurants...). Equipped with 3 bedrooms, it is ideal for 6 people, 8 at most On the ground floor: - a cocooning lounge area, a kitchen-dining room giving access to the terrace and the swimming pool thanks to its large bay window. - a fitted kitchen open to the outside: - Oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer - stand mixer -Dishwasher - All cooking equipment - a laundry room with washing machine and separate toilet On the 1st floor: - A double bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed overlooking the garden - A family room with a bunk bed: above a 90 x 190 bed and downstairs a 140 x bed
