Property info

Charming Avallonnaise house in the heart of the historic quarter, very close to St Lazare cathedral. On the ground floor, you'll find a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room with its mouldings, wooden floors and period floor tiles. You will have access to the private courtyard and charcoal barbecue. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 2 beds 90x200 which can be made into a King Size bed on request thanks to a mattress overlay. Bedroom 2: 1 King Size double bed 1 fully renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin. 2 separate WCs on the ground and first floors.

Neighborhood info

In the heart of the historic quarter, opposite the tourist office and the house of the Sires d'Avallon. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of this pedestrianised street steeped in history, close to all the shops, including restaurants, bakeries, grocery shops and ...... Free parking in front of the house.
