Ideal home for family visits, trips with friends, or small professional groups. 🧭 Several Terra Aventura trails nearby. 🚲 Bike friendly – secure storage available. 🧍Max 4 guests 🐕 Pets allowed – 1 only – dogs only (surcharge applies) 2-bedroom house with living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, WC, outdoor terrace, and secure private parking. No air conditioning, but we provide 2 fans in case of important temperature. But the house is still cool beside hot weather. Baby cot available on request (48h notice required) – subject to availability. Bed sheets are provided but no towels. No sofa/bed in the living room. IMPORTANT: A security deposit will be required in the form of a bank pre-authorisation. Without this, the property access code will not be provided.
My name is Jean Marie, and I'm delighted to welcome you to this lovely townhouse in our beautiful region. I am not on-site – the property is fully managed by La Conciergerie La Clé des Champs, who will be your point of contact before and during your stay.
The house is located in the centre of the village of Granges-sur-Lot, along the Lot river. Quiet and peaceful street. Plenty of local attractions nearby: the Prune Museum, the Hazelnut House, Baechler cheese dairy, and numerous farm visits. You'll also be just 5 minutes from the Olympic water sports base at Temple-sur-Lot. 15 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot, 30 minutes from Agen. 1h30 from Bordeaux, 2h from Toulouse. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes by car in Castelmoron-sur-Lot or Clairac. The Lot Valley greenway runs right alongside the property.
