“Die Lage war sehr gut. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und überaus aufmerksam. Schlüsselübergabe über einen Schlüsselsafe an der Tür (super!!). Küche war komplett ausgestattet und es gab zwei Getränke und Fertigessen (wer mag) im Schrank.”

The house is close to a forest and 5 minutes from Lake Arfeuille, which offers a fitness trail. Bright and cosy it is labeled "maison de référence". It has a pretty fenced garden to enjoy a joyful moment of relaxation and rejuvenation. Free parking is available in front of the house.

Our house is located on the outskirts of Saint Yrieix La Perche in a residential area. Accessible by foot, you will find within 5 kilometers, all types of shops and amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, tea rooms, cinema, museum, swimming pool with a sauna / hammam wellness area, tennis hall, equestrian center , mini golf, hospital, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, kinesiologist ...). Free sports activities organized near the lac during the summer school holidays
