On the ground floor: Entrance with toilet and laundry room, large living room with lounge (wood stove), dining room and equipped kitchen. Upstairs 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 single beds which can be combined to make a double bed (180 cm). Each opens onto its covered terrace, bathroom with toilet. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms each with 3 single beds, 2 of which can be combined to make double beds (180 cm), shower room with toilet. Oil central heating.

Neighborhood info

The small country road and then the track cross the Montintin forest before reaching the entrance to the estate where the gîte "La Maison des Bois" is located. Completely independent, the house opens onto a lawned enclosure shaded by a few oak trees on the southwest side. A shelter allows parking for 2 cars. The two bedrooms on the 1st floor each give access to a sheltered terrace where it is pleasant to listen to the birds and observe deer or foxes. The swimming pool, located very close to the castle, is shared between the three gîtes on the estate. It is open from May to the end of September from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. depending on weather conditions. It is not heated. Trails allow you to discover the estate or to walk around the large pond located below the castle. Access to the park is possible from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. All the gîtes on the estate can accommodate 40 people. The internet connection is neither fiber nor broadband.
