Maison en pierre entièrement rénovée et sans vis à vis. Vous aurez tout le confort intérieur comme extérieur avec un grand jardin ( cuisine extérieure, barbecue, plancha, table à manger, transat, banc) Tout cela avec une vue dominante sur le village d'Ota et ces établissements tout le plus proche Le plus ! Un monte charge avec télécommande est à votre disposition du parking à la maison pour monter vos valises et courses sans effort. De plus, une vue splendide vous attends !
Ce premier projet me tiens à cœur car j'ai réalisé ces rénovations moi même Maintenant à vous de venir découvrir le résultat et surtout de profiter d’un lieu calme et apaisant au cœur de la nature
Tout proche de votre habitation vous retrouverez quelques restaurants et magasins typiques et surtout des bons ! Moi même étant producteur de miel, vous aurez de grandes chances de le déguster Vous pouvez également vous baigner dans une rivière qui est à 5 minutes du village ou bien bronzer tranquillement sur le bord d’une des nombreuses plages à proximité
