A converted barn, renovated to a high level, keeping some original features, we are situated in a quiet tranquil village, approximately 30km from Le Mans, 10km fron Les Alpes Mancelles and 10KM from Alencon There is a large trampoline with enclosure, swimming pool and lots of natural countryside to explore. We have 2 friendly dogs, a golden retreiver and a border collie. We have 2 donkeys. There is an outside private terrace with BBQ, dining table and chairs and lighting, enabling guests to benefit from alfresco dining. There are also sunloungers for guests to relax outside. The new, modern, fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine/dishwasher/fridge freezer. Towels and sheets are provided enabling guests to have more space for their own luggage and no hassle to make up beds on arrival Electricity and water is included in the rental price therefore, no hidden costs. There will be soap and shower gel left for you on arrival. Welcome pack is provided (min. 1 week stay ) A large outside space enabling you to walk around and for children to run free and play with the garden equipment and games Les Alpes Mancelles offers lots of beautiful hiking trails,outdoor activities, picnic areas and dining, is just 8km

Gesnes le Gandelin is situated 30km from Le Mans and 10Km from Alencon. THere is a weekly market in the lace town of Alencon, every Thursday and Saturday. The beautiful village , Fresnay sur Sarthe has a local market every Saturday, offering Artisanal products. Les Alpes Mancelles is just a short drive away, 8km, where you can enjoy hiking, walking, dining and visiting picturesque villages.
