Jolie plain pied avec jardin clôturé sans vis à vis, avec place de parking devant la maison et possibilité de garer un autre véhicule à l’intérieur de la cour proche du centre ville, de toutes commodités et du festival d’Avignon. Bus tram et gare à proximité. Logement calme pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 4 adultes (accès PMR) et possibilité d’accueillir un enfant en bas âge supplémentaire (lit, matelas bébé et chaise haute).
