The accommodation is a semi-detached 1 Bed-House of 40 square meters. Perfect for a salesperson, a family of 3 or 4, or friends traveling. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: - 1 double bed in a separate bedroom (140x190cm) - 1 sofa bed with a mattress topper - 1 single sofa bed (one and a half people). Good for one person or two small children. - Wifi -TV - Prime - Canal+ Sport & Champion's league
I am a still young, bookish fortyish, and a big fan of movies, series, and their many adaptations, I decided to decorate this family home with a Jules Verne theme. The house is located at a right angle to Boulevard Jules Verne, 10 minutes from downtown Nantes, in a quiet area. If you'd like to discover Nantes and its best spots, we'd be delighted to share our knowledge. If you happen to be visiting during the summer, we can guide you through the Voyage à Nantes art trail. If you come in winter, we'd be happy to point you in the right direction for a delicious mulled wine. We have children, so we understand the desire to continue traveling on a reasonable budget and in optimal conditions of safety and cleanliness. Located perpendicular to Boulevard Jules Verne, in a quiet residential area. The house is situated on a main thoroughfare in Nantes, served by the Chronobus C1. The bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away. It will take you approximately 6-7 minutes to reach the Cathedral. The Cours des 50 Otages and the city center will take about 10 minutes. Several shops are within a 1-minute walk: - Bakery - Wine shop - Hairdressers - Butcher (3 minutes) - Carrefour Market and pharmacy (5-minute walk) - Restaurants, crêperies, and street food (1-3 minute walk) Numerous free parking spaces are available nearby. If you have a small car, it may be possible to park it alongside the house. If your car is an SUV, and you wish to put it in a more secure location, we can give you access to our parking lot which is located just a minute away on Boulevard Jules Verne.
