Cocoonr Agency offers you this 240m2 family home with a beautiful view of the water and St Paul's church, 10 minutes' walk from the cathedral. This large bourgeois house, full of history, will charm you with its spaciousness, stained glass windows and period decor. Once you've passed the large entrance hall, you'll find on the ground floor a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and ceramic hob), a large dining room, a large living room with a view of St Paul's Church, and a small sitting room where you can relax and read or watch television. You will also have access to a small garden of 40 m2 , where you can enjoy the good weather and have an aperitif during the summer. A beautiful wooden staircase leads from the entrance hall to the first floor. Here you'll find : - Two large interconnecting master bedrooms (with a double bed and a king-size bed). ATTENTION: the door separating the two bedrooms is transparent. - A 3rd bedroom with exotic decor and a queen-size bed. - A bathroom with an old-fashioned washbasin and a bathtub/shower that will take you back in time. Once again, take the staircase up to the second floor. Here you will find : - A large bedroom with a study. - A master bedroom with en suite bathroom. - A smaller bedroom with two single beds.
